Welcome to ICSED 2024!

2024 6th International Conference on Software Engineering and Development (ICSED 2024) aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professinals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Software Engineering and Development. ICSED 2017 was held in Bangkok, Thailand, ICSED 2018 was held in Chengdu, China, ICSED 2021 and ICSED 2022 was held online because of the covid-19, ICSED 2023 was held online and offline combination in Singapore. ICSED 2024 will be held in Hong Kong during May 29-31, 2024.

ICSED 2024 is sponsored by Hong Kong Chu Hai College, ACM Singapore Chapter and Singapore Institute of Electronics. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees members, and accepted papers will be published in the ACM international conference proceedings (ISBN: 979-8-4007-1805-2) , which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Submission & Review Process

Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. After the paper submission, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. ICSED do not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.

1. Please submit your full paper/abstract to us via the Conference Electronic Submission System.

2. Abstract submission is acceptable if you're not expecting any publication of your paper.

We're recruiting new members to join the committee to ensure the quality of peer review of the papers submitted to ICSED 2024.
