Welcome to ICSED 2026!

2026 8th International Conference on Software Engineering and Development (ICSED 2026) aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Software Engineering and Development. ICSED 2017 was held in Bangkok, Thailand, ICSED 2018 was held in Chengdu, China, ICSED 2021 and ICSED 2022 were held online because of the covid-19, ICSED 2023 was held online and offline combination in Singapore. ICSED 2024 was held in Hong Kong during May 29-31, 2024. ICSED 2025 was held in Bangkok, Thailand during October 29-31, 2025. ICSED 2026 will be held in University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan during October 24-26, 2026.

ICSED 2026 is sponsored by University of the Ryukyus, ACM Singapore Chapter and Singapore Institute of Electronics.

Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees members, and accepted and registered papers will be published in the ICSED 2026 Conference Proceedings , which will be submitted for indexing to Ei Compendex, Scopus.

Call for the Tracks! (Details)

Track: We welcome experts in Software Engineering and Development to serve as track chairs.

Submission & Review Process

Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. After the paper submission, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. ICSED do not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.

1. Please submit your full paper/abstract to us via the Conference Electronic Submission System.

2. Abstract submission is acceptable if you're not expecting any publication of your paper.

We're recruiting new members to join the committee to ensure the quality of peer review of the papers submitted to ICSED 2026.
