2025 7th International Conference on Software Engineering and Development (ICSED 2025) was held online and offline combination  in National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok, Thailand during October 29-31, 2025! During the conference,   Prof. Witold Pedrycz (IEEE Fellow) from University of Alberta, Canada and Prof. Kamal Z. Zamli from Universiti Malaysia Pahang in Malaysia have given  excellent keynote speeches. Besides,   Associate Professor Thitirat Siriborvornratanakul from National Institute of Development Administration in Thailand and Associate Professor Marshima Mohd Rosli from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Malaysia have delivered their wonderful invited speeches.
